CONSTELLATIONS MASTER CLASS SERIES 2018

MASTERCLASS SERIES INCLUDES:

Brain Constellations: Experience and Mastery

Join Sarah for an exploration of how to constellate issues while including representatives from the body and the brain. Learn what parts of your nervous system, your emotional and motivational circuits, and your brain can be set up to address questions and blocks in life and well-being.

Participants will alternately experience Sarah as constellator, and participant-constellators who will begin to explore constellating with the help of relational neuroscience.

Money and Success/Intimate Partnerships

In this workshop we will take a look at all aspects of constellations supporting a healthy and nourishing relationship with money, and/or with a significant other.

We will learn and practice constellations in which money is a representative for itself, as well as looking at unrepayable debts and how to restore the balance of giving and taking. Where participants prefer, we will work with intimate partnership questions – both finding and deepening.

We will play with the types of constellations that let us look at the blocks in earning capacity and to intimacy.

Participants will alternately experience Sarah as constellator, and participant-constellators who will begin to explore constellating with the help of relational neuroscience.

2 Days on Irish Immigration and Irish Song, 2 Days on Constellations for Suicide

Sarah Peyton is bringing Irish song specialist and constellation facilitator Brendan O’Brien here from Ireland for a double-header constellation workshop here in North America. The first part of the workshop is a two-day exploration of migration in the history of families, in particular Irish-North American migration, but everyone is welcome. The workshop will revolve around the beautiful immigration/migration songs Brendan has collected, will sing to us, and teach us to sing.

The last 2 days will be an opportunity to experience and learn Brendan’s groundbreaking and beautiful constellation-based support of families of people who have died from suicide.

Constellating The Shadow

What is it that we do not know about ourselves?

What happens if we invite the shadow into our constellation space, the parts of ourselves that are more hungry than we are comfortable with, angrier than we can bear, more judgmental, blaming, contemptuous, helpless or frozen than we wish to be?

How can we turn toward this unknown part with gentleness and acceptance.

This is not comfortable work, but it brings great self-compassion in its wake.

Constellations and Physical Health: Wellness, Aging, Weight and Energy

This workshop is a immersive exploration of how to use constellation work to untangle the knots that block our access to an easeful, right relationship between mind and body.  Workshop participants will learn how we can apply inquiry, warmth and resonance to the blocks to actions that support well-being, and how attachment wounds can limit ability for self-regulation and robust self-care.

FAQs

WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF EACH MASTERCLASS?

Each of the 5 workshops alternates between short lectures on neuroscience and constellation concepts with mini-constellations to explore and practice the concepts, followed by large group constellations.

HOW DO THE LARGE GROUP CONSTELLATIONS WORK?

Large, full-group constellations are facilitated by Sarah and by student constellators with Sarah's support. Facilitating the large group constellations with Sarah's support is done by lottery, as is playing the seeker role, thus not all participants will have a chance to be a facilitator or a seeker.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONSTELLATION?

Both being a facilitator and being a seeker happen by lottery. Not all participants will have a chance to be a seeker or a facilitator.

WHAT IS THE FOOD AND LODGING LIKE AT THE EVENTS?

Alton Collins retreat center is a beautiful, serene location outside Portland, OR, in the rainforest-like Cascadia bio-region of Oregon. Quiet, lush, contemplative, it is the perfect place to drop into a year-long immersion of wonder, play, expression, and deep healing and learning.

Their staff handles food sensitivities with utmost care and conscientiousness, so ANY and ALL dietary concerns will be easily received and served. Learn more at their website.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost includes tuition + room + board, so depending on your options the price varies:

EARLY-BIRD DOUBLE-OCCUPANCY (BY JAN 15 with non-refundable deposit) Tuition = $2550 + room & board $2665, total $5215.

EARLY-BIRD SINGLE-OCCUPANCY (BY JAN 15 with non-refundable deposit) Tuition = $2550 + room & board $3355, total $5905

WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN THE EVENTS?

The masterclass series is meant to be a full-year immersion into constellation practice and theory, thus we encourage self-directed dyad and triad groups in-between the constellation events, for which Sarah will offer exercises and other invitations for how to spend small-group time between retreats.

In addition, participants can stay connected to each other and to the neuroscience material by attending (as part of the series) Sarah's monthly online webinar which explores the intersection of IPNB, trauma healing and resonant language.
