MASTERCLASS SERIES INCLUDES FOUR RETREATS + TWO BONUSES:
The Death and Rebirth of Self: Identity, Roles and Life Transitions
When the questions that bring seekers to constellations are huge, how do we support growth by holding enormity? What are the forms and rituals that support people in being able to locate themselves along their life’s path? What are the riddles of life that bring people to constellations as seekers? How can constellations respond most fully and responsibly to people’s longings?
- Experience their own life path and explore supporting others in finding their way
- Understand the elements of relational neuroscience that illuminate the scope of death and life in
- Integrate this understanding of neuroscience into constellation work
- Work on specific aspects of facilitation that can be troublesome or mysterious
The Death and Reclamation of God: Working with Meaning
One of the questions constellations seekers ask is about having their connection with higher power restored. How can we work effectively in constellations with the traumas and events that sever people’s sense of belonging to this life? What are the supportive forms and rituals that take our seekers toward their longings? What do we need to do for ourselves to have the clarity and groundedness that most supports this kind of work?
- Work with the elements of relational neuroscience that help us understand the brain and
spirituality, and how to bring these elements to life in constellations
- Explore the constellations forms and rituals that invite us into this question
- Do small group work to ground self-knowing in this area
The Death of False Security: Chaos and the Birth of Hope
In a world that is increasingly unpredictable, how do we use constellations and unconscious contract work to free our life energy for contribution? What kind of mourning has to be done to allow our full participation in a chaotic world? What is our relationship with chaos, with fluidity and with resilience?
- Experience and explore chaos constellations
- Learn the forms and rituals that invite us into inner stability, no matter what is
- Do small group work to find one’s right place in a changing world
The Death of Patriarchy: Living Into the Future
How can we live our own integrity in a colonized and patriarchal world? What is the role constellations can play to help us separate ourselves from our toxic and limiting stories? Where does recognition begin, and what happens to us as our consciousness grows? What role does relationality play in the reclamation of a true life?
- Learn the forms and rituals of constellation work that can be resources for
recognition of patriarchal patterns and restoration of self.
- Experience the importance of accompaniment for decolonization
- Move into a radically connected future
Free Bonus: All-Access to 2020 Monthly IPNB Webinars
Each month, Sarah offers a thematic, research-based webinar about relational neuroscience and how to use empathy and resonance and other trauma-informed processes to heal. Each webinar is approximately 90 minutes, including slides and presentation, then plenty of room for questions.
By registering for Sarah's 2020 constellations masterclass, you will receive free access to all of the 2020 webinars, which are held using Zoom video conferencing. Recordings are available for those who cannot attend during the live broadcast.
Past webinar topics include: working with addiction; finding joy; working with anxiety; understanding attachment style; working with shame and guilt, and more.
Sacred Vow Work – Disentangling our Nervous Systems
Understanding the structure and reasons behind our unconscious contracts (sometimes called "Sacred Vows") is key to creating movement in constellations. By registering for the 2020 constellations masterclass series, you will receive free access to this introduction to understanding the territory of healing and differentiating entangled nervous systems with Sacred Vow Work.
How do nervous systems become entangled? The research of Beatrice Beebe shows that at 4 months of age we have already internalized our mother’s constraints on emotional expression. On this subject, Gabor Mate says “What we actually feel guilty about as adults is our incapacity to meet our parents’ needs when we were 9 months old.” We may not necessarily want to retain those constraints and patterns. We can find the remnants of these patterns in our self-destructive or self-sabotaging behaviors as adults. But how can we shift such deeply integrated non-verbal habits? Sacred Vow work allows us to touch on and bring healing to contracts we were involved in before we even had words.
WHY REGISTER FOR THE FULL
You are welcome to sign up for any of the four individual constellation events, but you might enjoy the full series if:
You'd enjoy a less-expensive per-workshop rate! (signing up for the series w/ early-bird pricing instead of individual events saves $900!)
You'd like to get free access to Sarah's Monthly Online IPNB Webinars through November, 2020. Each month's webinar is a 1-1/2 hour exploration of current research into the brain and how it behaves in relationship. By signing up for the full masterclass series, you will receive FREE access to this monthly exploration that uses Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and Relational Language to emphasize how we change and heal in relationship with one another.
You would like to understand how relational neuroscience comes into play in the "group brain" healing field of constellations, and how attachment relationships affect present-day intimacy
You long to understand how neuroscience can help you facilitate trauma-informed constellations, including how our default network and emotional alarm system can create entanglements that prevent self-connection, which is often not revealed in traditional family-system constellations
You would like to practice letting your body guide you, as a seeker or a representative, in uncovering buried nervous-system patterns and "sacred vows" permitting you a deep exploration of self and other by accessing the network of right-hemispheres that is group wisdom.
You would like to receive and learn Sarah's unique synthesis of relational neuroscience, resonant language and trauma-informed constellations

WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY:
"I have studied constellation facilitation with Sarah for two years (and studied neuroscience with her three years before that), she has facilitated numerous constellations for me.
Everyone brings their own style to facilitation. Sarah's style is gentle and caring to my nervous system, so that when we get to the deep trauma and the scary parts that do not live on the surface, I feel a sense of profound trust.
She brings kindness to her understanding of social neuroscience, so I know that she will hold me with warmth as I unwind and make sense of my family history. I have received constellations from many other facilitators, and she is always my first choice!"
- Rev. Katherine Revoir, Constellation Facilitator and Creative Director of Center for Richer Living
WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY:
"We can only heal what is in our conscious awareness, and there's a limit to what we can access of ourselves on our own. Constellations offer unique access to our inner worlds, revealing trauma-frozen emotions and experiences and vows that unconsciously weigh on us but elude identification. Constellation work with Sarah allows our past pains--and our familial and cultural past pains--to surface and be seen, held, and fully acknowledged. Those experiences are melted back into the river of life so that increasingly more of our life energy can flow where its longing to go.There is no facilitator or teacher in the world I trust more than Sarah, whose attunement to the seeker and deep honoring of the experience of representatives allows everyone access to deep healing without retraumatization. She allows for everyone's intuition to collectively guide the process, rather than overdetermining the process from a rational perspective. The results are unexpected and profound. She trusts the field, and she trusts the seeker and the representatives' relationships with the field.Working with Sarah for the past five years have been unspeakably transformational for me in my own healing and in my counseling work, allowing me to understand that we are always in constellations, past and present, and that learning to attune to those unfolding constellations gives us more power and choice in our lives."

WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY:In the year and a half or more of participating in the facilitating constellations workshop, I received the thoroughness and passion of Sarah's research and synthesis in the intricacy of learning that surrounded the constellation work itself. The breadth and depth of this understanding enriched and informed everything we did from how we held each other's stories, participated in our group, and understood our constellations. The constellations themselves are an ineffable art form of healing and it takes being in them to understand what I mean by this, but I it was true for those receiving, those facilitating, and those participating. Sarah's tireless pursuit of healing and learning made all that we did rich and life changing.-Ann Malabre, Certified Empathic Coach and Assistant Trainer, BayNVC Leadership Program
