Confidence and Mastery: Clearing Blocks to Business and Money Constellations Masterclass

October 27 @ 6:00 pm - October 31 @ 12:30 pm

Join Sarah Peyton for an in-person retreat, 5 days of combining Constellation Work with explorations in Relational Neuroscience and Resonant Language, held at the Alton L. Collins Retreat Center, near Portland, Oregon. We will be looking at questions like:

  • How can constellation work support us in our constellating practice?
  • What are the issues of attachment and self-connection that permit a resilient practice?
  • How can Organizational Constellations bring a breath of fresh air to the exploration?
  • Where can we apply inquiry, warmth and resonance to the blocks to actions that support well-being?

Participants will alternately experience Sarah as constellator, and participant-constellators who will begin to explore constellating with the help of relational neuroscience.

For people registering for retreats less than two weeks in advance of the start of the retreat, the Alton Collins Retreat Center cannot guarantee that they can support special diet requests.

Workshop Format

This event is an in-person retreat/intensive that stretches over 5 calendar days, starting with a dinner on day one, an evening session, three days of work from 9am until 9pm, and then a completion morning session on day 5, ending with lunch.

  • Each day we alternate between short lectures on neuroscience and constellation concepts with mini-constellations to explore and practice the concepts, and then we do large group constellations. If you’re a visual learner you can imagine small islands of didactic learning, surrounded by slightly larger islands of small-group learning, and then interspersed with large, full-group constellations.
  • The large group constellations are alternately run by Sarah and by student constellators with Sarah’s support.
  • Both being a facilitator and being a seeker happen by lottery, this not all participants will have a chance to be a seeker or a facilitator.

This workshop includes a special hearing assistance system from Listen Technologies with individual headphones for any participant that desires to use them.
