Have you been curious about the alternative healing modality called “family constellations” (aka ‘systemic constellations’)? Join Sarah for a free day-long workshop to explore this powerful group process.

What are family constellations?

Explorations of questions and blocks that let us see how we have things laid out relationally. A seeker (chosen at random) will have a question that they have been struggling with, and will choose representatives from the circle to stand in for the different people or issues that are connected with this question. Together, we will find out what the essence of the block is, and do what we can to resolve it. The work can include resolution of past trauma and the dissolution of unconscious nervous system contracts that have kept people pinned into self-sabotaging positions.
In Sarah’s work, traditional constellation work can be integrated with concepts from relational neuroscience, promoting greater self-understanding and self-compassion.

Who is Sarah?

Sarah Peyton is the author of the book Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing (2017). She is an internationally known constellations facilitator and a certified trainer of Nonviolent Communication, and is one of the foremost synthesists of constellation work and relational neuroscience. Sarah integrates IPNB and empathy into the Family Constellations experience. When we step into the field created by the constellation, we are stepping into the seeker’s right hemisphere, with its connection to the body, emotions, and its orientation in our relational world.
