The Brain Science of Self-Compassion and Constellation Work

January 12, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - January 14, 2018 @ 5:30 pm

Self-forgiveness, self-warmth, self-compassion: why are they so difficult?

What are the roots of perfectionism, self-criticism, and even self-hate? How can we use constellation work to clear the flow of love and open the gates of warmth for individuals and families? What are the ways that nervous systems become entangled and prevent the full flow of life energy and expression? And what approaches support disentanglement?

Participants will:
* Learn about the impact of trauma on self-compassion
* Understand how nervous system entanglements block the flow of love
* Take away skills for disentangling and clearing these blocks
* Learn the sacred vow approach to freeing family nervous systems

Join Sarah Peyton, interna-onal constella-ons facilitator and author of Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing (Norton, 2017), to explore the confluence of brain science, self compassion and family constellations.
