YOUR RESONANT SELF: INTRO WEEK

Do you have the sense that your life, your relationships and your work are shadows of what they could be? Do you have a hard time being in joyful contact with your body, perhaps feeling like your body has betrayed you? Perhaps you’ve been practicing self-compassion meditations and books for years, but still struggle to be warm and accepting towards yourself?
Many of us believe we are our to-do lists, and measure our worth by what we are able to do, or our lack of worth by how far we have fallen behind. Would you love to have a taste of who you would be if you were fully supported, both by self and by others?
Based on the book Your Resonant Self, (Norton Publishing, September 2017), this retreat will take you through the foundational understandings, skills and steps needed to nurture a practice of self-warmth.
This will be the first of two retreats designed to accompany the book. This Intro Week focuses on getting to know your default network, and becoming acquainted with all the blocks and openings to self-connection. It will be very experiential, with lots of movement and sweetness. The second of these two retreats, which are available either combined or as stand-alone experiences, will run from March 31 – April 5, 2019.
PRICE FOR WEEK ONE ONLY:
Price: Tuition only – early, early bird – $800 if paid by June 30, 2018 (Room & Board cost is separate and must be added for program total, for example, for double room & board ($805) & tuition the total for one week is $1505)
Early bird $1000 tuition only if paid by Aug. 30, 2018 (Room & Board cost is separate and must be added for program total)
$1200 tuition only if paid by Sept. 30, 2018 (Room & Board cost is separate and must be added for program total)
$1450 tuition only if paid after Sept. 30, 2017 (Room & Board cost is separate and must be added for program total)
$500 of your tuition payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable, the remainder of your payments are refundable up to 32 days before the program start date. Room and board payments are due 45 days before program start and are only refundable up to 32 days before the program start date.
For people registering for retreats less than two weeks in advance of the start of the retreat, the Alton Collins Retreat Center cannot guarantee that they can support special diet requests.

Early, early bird tuition for both weeks: $1500 if paid by June 30, 2018 (Room & Board cost is separate and must be added for program total, if you would like double occupancy the total for Room & Board is $1610 for the two separate weeks, making the early early bird total $3110 USD.
