Facilitating Family Constellations with Interpersonal Neurobiology in Mind A Year-long Training Program with Sarah Peyton

Join Sarah for a year that grounds a training in constellation facilitation in neuroscience. This exciting new synergy brings the experiential learning of how profoundly brains affect one another together with traditional family constellations. This program is designed to take participants through the concepts of interpersonal neurobiology and integrate them with the foundational understandings of systemic and spatial transformation of constellation work.

The training will alternate ipnb learning, mini constellations in small groups, and large group constellations, with a gradual, supported transition over the year to participant-led constellations. The November session of this 5-part program will be presented by a special guest.

For people who are steeped in neuroscience, the experiential exploration offered by constellation work will augment and deepen understanding. For traditional constellation facilitators, the grounding in interpersonal neurobiology will provide new inspiration and understanding of the healing power of the work. For people who are not experienced, this year will be a marvelous immersion in self-compassion and transformation. The purpose of this program is two-fold: healing and learning. Each person will be able to use their own healing journey to internalize the IPNB and constellation concepts.

Format:
20 days divided into 5 four-day session spaced approximately 2 months apart. In between times there will be an optional constellation buddy roster, and monthly Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) teleseminars with Sarah on subjects like healing attachment, self-compassion, sensitivity, addiction, & more.
