Sarah Peyton, international speaker and facilitator, has a passion for weaving together neuroscience knowledge and experiences of healing that unify people with their brains and bodies. Sarah makes Interpersonal Neurobiology research available for our embodied brains to use in living at peace with ourselves. Funny, touching, and filled with personal stories and up-to-date research on our nervous systems and how they interact with each other, her presentations change lives and invite self-acceptance and self-compassion. Sarah offers healing experiences of hearing ourselves and others deeply (using the precision and resonant language that come alive in the long-term study of Nonviolent communication) and 3D body-centered explorations of families over generations (through family constellation work.)
Sarah is a CNVC Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication; an experienced facilitator of Family Constellation work; speaks and writes internationally on the confluence of NVC, Constellation work, and the world of neuroscience research; guest lectures at the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) Intensive at Bernried, Germany ('14, '15, '16); has been a regular contributor to the Global Association of Interpersonal Neurobiology Studies (GAINS) journal and currently contributes to The Knowing Field journal. In 2015 she published a chapter on Constellations and Health in the German book, Salutogenesis, edited by Stephan Hausner.
As people learn about themselves with resonance and understanding, they are freed to find their own way to healing and the natural expression of who they were born to be. The essence of this work is to learn to resonate with ourselves and others so that our foundational and generous selves are unearthed from implicit entanglements and supported to be as integrated and complex as we are supposed to be.
Working with Sarah, you will be delighted by the self-compassion that arises from understanding how language and resonance change our brains, heal trauma and give us new energy, well-being and choice. Working with Sarah in NVC & IPNB classes, groups and year-long programs, or in 1:1 empathy sessions, you will:
- Experience resonance and learn how it supports fluidity and growth
- Radically change judgments and self-criticism into delight and connection
- Internalize your Resonating Self-Witness: grow in self-understanding and self-compassion
- Nurture and nourish your own capacity for self-care & put down burdens of limiting beliefs and self-hate
- Transform entrenched family patterns into freedom with constellation work
- Integrate cutting edge neuroscience into your work with yourself and others
- Stay connected with the latest research coming out of social neuroscience labs all over the world
Your host Timothy Regan and guest Sarah Peyton take you into how your brain works in relationship, with detailed attention to our capacity for empathy – what it is, and how to know it and grow it, through stories, demonstrations, and live calls on March 19, 2017. Click here to listen!

I have studied with Sarah in a group setting for 3 years. From the very beginning, I experienced whole-heart and whole-brain learning, as shebrings the principles of NVC and IPNB together in an elegant synthesis. Her approach is holistic-mind/body/brain/spirit and no part of me was left behind as we worked theoretically and experientially. Digging into and resolving Limiting Core Beliefs allowed me to attain a long-time dream: Walking the Camino Santiago in Spain-on my own! There are many more examples of the emotional freedom I won through the core beliefs work-leaving a 22 year relationship-buying my first condo-so brilliant to engage my personal power!Embracing the Empathy buddy system she set in place allowed me to develop a warm community which ensures that I feel held, met, and cherished. Her Inner Child Rescue and Self Empathy scripts allowed me to befriend all aspects of myself, integrating even the most painful and humiliating parts of my young life and leaving me with an expansive window of tolerance for myself and others. Repeated exposure to brain function-especially the interpersonal and emotional brain-gave me a solid working knowledge of this complex "bottom up and top down" system which will be my lifelong companion. My brain and I are becoming much better friends and collaborators and I've shifted from reacting to responding around many old triggers. The family constellation work defies description-all I can do is say that I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to work on this symbolic, implicit level, and to be held and guided by Sarah's extraordinary intuition. She is able to sense hidden internal dynamics and complexes and set up scenarios that bring these blind spots into light, where they can be metabolised and healed. Sarah models depth empathy every time she teaches-for herself, and for every participant. This deep limbic resonance is an emotionally corrective experience which births belonging, peace, and allowance to be oneself. To simply be who I am. What a blessing. - Sara Kammerzell, M.
