What are Family Constellations?

Family Constellation work heals trauma at the family level, transgenerationally and historically, as well as at the personal level. How have your ancestors’ journeys impacted you and how can you transform your family from influencing you with trauma to becoming a resource? Strip away your entanglements and release your unconscious contracts.

The day’s four constellations will be distributed by lottery among the participants.

Join neuroscientist Sarah Peyton to experience the convergence of what we are learning about relationships and the brain, and how we can use resonant language and family constellations to create pathways for healing and well-being.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner of family constellations, this workshop will support and enliven your journey. Those looking for personal healing, as well as those who work in healing professions, are welcome.

Sarah Peyton, author of Your Resonant Self, is a neuroscience educator, Nonviolent Communication trainer, and family constellations facilitator.

How do I register?

Please email Sarah at to reserve your spot and receive payment information.

Scholarships and sliding scale opportunities will open after the workshop is viable. Please write Sarah at to get on the waiting list.
