Canceled – (Possibly held online) Healing Trauma with Resonant Language

October 30 @ 9:00 am - November 3 @ 5:30 pm

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this in-person event has been canceled.  Sarah is looking into alternative ways of bringing learning online, however, the final decision has not been made yet.  We will update events as decisions are made.  Safety and well-being are a priority.

What do we do when we realize that the past is spilling into the present?

Would you love to have a taste of who you would be if you were warmly supported by yourself and others?

Experience the power of resonant language to support healing and change.

Sarah Peyton, the author of the bestseller Your Resonant Self, shows how to heal from emotional pain and illustrates how that healing alters the brain, creating lasting change.

Come join us for Sarah Peyton’s first workshop in Aotearoa!

The knowledge and skills of resonant language are uniquely created to support humans to survive and thrive after hard things happen.  And, when we bring them together with neuroscience, something like emotional microsurgery happens to support healing trauma with specificity and warmth.

During this workshop you will:

  • Awaken your own natural self-warmth
  • Integrate the left and right hemispheres for more grounded living and action
  • Experience the power of resonant language to support healing and change
  • Understand the importance of letting ourselves be loved by humans
  • Learn how our brains are hungry for this learning and for warmth
  • Learn about neuroplasticity, which allows us to be able to integrate changes for our entire lifespan

You will take away a new knowing of the ways in which you make sense and belong in this world, and more access to your own power for movement and change.
