Make Your Brain a Sweet Place to Live

June 5 @ 6:00 pm - June 7 @ 2:00 pm

Please note:  Sarah is watching the COVID-19 outbreak carefully and reviewing whether in-person events will be held.  She additionally looking into alternative ways of bringing learning online if needed.  We will update events as decisions are made.  Safety and well-being are a priority.

Do you have a critical inner voice that saps your energy and enthusiasm? Do you have dreams that you never move toward, or do you worry so much about others’ well-being that you can’t
take any space for yourself? Do you wish the world were different, but are you incapacitated by helplessness and overwhelm? Do you engage in puzzlingly self-sabotaging behaviors like procrastination in starting or finishing, always being late, promising more than you can deliver?

All these things are actions that human brains take when they’ve never been held with resonance. Most of us live this way. But imagine that whenever you had a quiet moment, your own brain would embrace you with warmth and nurturing. This is more possible than you ever imagined.

Join Sarah in Washington,  D.C. for a life-changing 2-1/2 days to learn and practice the incredible power of self-warmth. Nurture your own resonating self-witness.
