Sarah is offering her Your Resonant Self for Relationships Workshop in a unique online format.

Do you have the sense that your relationships with others – with partners, friends, parents or children — are shadows of what they could be? Do you have a hard time being in joyful contact with others? Is it hard for both you and your others to exist and have needs at the same time? Perhaps you’ve been practicing self-compassion meditations and reading self-help books for years, but still struggle to be warm and accepting towards yourself and others in relationship?

  • What happens with our relationships when we release the contracts that sabotage us?
  • What happens if we mourn instead of blame?
  • What is it like to live in resonant, rather than instrumental, space in our relationships?

Please join Sarah Peyton for a 3-part exploration of interpersonal neurobiology and the unconscious contracts that keep us from connection, intimacy, and joy with the people who are important to us.

This will be a 3-module offering covering the neuroscience of relationships and leveraging our knowledge for change and healing. In each module, we will spend 1 evening and 2 full days exploring the Your Resonant Self material and how we can use it to work with our relationships with those we are closest to.

What causes us to react to others and how long does it take for our bodies to calm? Learn the role implicit memory plays in reactivity, and how we can use empathy and resonance skills to transform reactivity into calm and connection.

This weekend will cover:

Part 2: September 25-27, 2020, The Relationship Between Seeing and Warmth

What knowledge about the brain gives us leverage to really begin to see each other? Learn to tell the difference between instrumental and relational connections, and begin to walk the path toward more richness, meaning and intimacy. Practice resonant language in relationship, and discover your own sweetness through the release of unconscious contracts.

This weekend will cover:

The amygdala and relationship entanglements

Left and right hemispheres

Attachment patterns and warmth

Contracts not to trust, not to let love in

I-You language

Warm curiosity and questions



Part 3: December 4-6, 2020, Addressing Hopelessness

How does hopelessness prevent connection? What are the static patterns that drag relationships down so that nothing shifts? Learn about and begin to transform the contracts that prevent growth and movement. Explore our circuits of emotion and motivation, and learn how they show up in relationship.

This weekend will cover:

The 8-circuits of emotion and motivation in relationship

Seeking and Care

The right hemisphere and feedback

Circling back to blame vs mourning

How contracts get in the way of giving and receiving feedback



About Sarah

Sarah Peyton, international constellations facilitator, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates constellations, brain science and the use of resonant language to heal trauma. She teaches and lectures internationally, is a regular contributor to The Knowing Field International Constellations Journal, was the author of a chapter for Stephan Hausner’s 2014 book Salutogene Aufstellungen, and is an annual guest speaker and teacher at the Bernried Intensive in Southern Germany. She was a featured presenter at London’s 2017 Trauma Through the Systemic Constellation Lens and is the author of the book “Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing,” published by Norton Publishing in September of 2017.
